Your home is right on the beach within a gated condominium (exact location on google map here at the bottom of the page), which means maximum freedom and maximum security. We register you and your vehicle so you can come and go whenever you want 24x7. Within the gated complex there is a tennis court, beach sports court, a large pool and a children's pool as well as a sauna and a fitness center.
Our house is right on the beach in the first row on 2000 square meters of land with 14 coconut palms and various fruit trees. Depending on the season, you can enjoy bananas, mangos, azerola and many local fruits straight from the garden. We also have our own barbecue area for a nice dinner. We serve breakfast and you can have drinks from the house at any time - there is a "trust bar" for this, you take what you drink. Room cleaning is every three days .
All rooms have air conditioning, double bed, desk, wardrobe, private bathroom & toilet, and in the front suite a balcony with sea view.
All rooms use the garden, the large terraces, one on the 1st floor and one downstairs in front of the garden or by the barbecue house.
Parking is available directly at the house for a maximum of 2 vehicles, and in the condominium for more than 2 vehicles.

Our house has a fiber optic connection so you can work from home without any problems, WiFi is available throughout the house and is free.
We have decided not to have our own pool on the property in favor of the trees and the tropical garden. We have two pools in the condominium that are open and available at all times.
You can store your water sports equipment safely at our house.
In the garden there is a waterfall shower for refreshment when you come from the beach.
The house is staffed 24x7.

We live according to the sun, so the quiet time in the house is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
